Well, I'm able to get down into the scissor splits and stuff like that and I'm not that bad at getting my kicks to head height or anything like that but theres no possible way I can get down into the box splits??
Have you any tips because I know for a fact I cant think of any myself...Maybe I'm just not built that way lol...Plus I wanted to be the first to make a thread on this topic ;D...
If you have any tips please let me know...Thanks!

sit with ur legs as wide apart as u can,grab ur ankles and pull ur head to the floor.stay there for about 20 secs then have someone push ur legs back even further.thats how i lernt.... i think :s

if you want to improve flexibility, (as ive already told ya!) you need to stretch after training when your REALLY warm, stretching before just loosens you up.
i recommend PNF stetching but static stretching works fine as well.

by the way, all those who have asked me for stretching programs, the basic post-event program is done, let me know if ya want one, and be quick only the first 10 are free, after that im gonna have to charge cos of the cost of paper and ink

I was told you should do your stretches also seven times a day for about 5 minutes each time.

I was told you should do your stretches also seven times a day for about 5 minutes each time. there are alot of theories on stretching, after studying anatomy and physiology and biomechanics i can safely say......... no! stretching like that would cause serious damage to your joints and muscles, but hey! go for it!!
