I picked before because it loosens my muscles so I reduce the chance of injury but I also do a lot of work on my legs so I can improve flexibility to the extent that I use it because I would imagine the way Kempy means flexibility is completely different to the way I mean it...

ive picked after. but only 'cos I couldnt pick both ! Proper warm up at beginning will give enough flexibility so you can train properly without injury. At the end of lesson you should be sufficiently relaxed to stretch more? Whats the answer then ? - I didnt do Sports Science at college !

both?? coz before helps you loosen up before training and after because you muscles are warm so you can stretch further and become more flexible. duno if that is right tho
